Receive access data for agency access.
Have the password for individual access reset. I don't have individual access yet and would like to set it up.
By entering your TUI Ticket Shop agency number and the name of your travel agency, you can now have the password for agency access sent to you by e-mail.
The general contact address stored in our master data will be used for this purpose.
Please enter your user name and your agency number. Then click on "Reset". As soon as it has been verified that there is a user with the entered user
name at the named agency, we will send this user a newly generated password by e-mail.
For security reasons, you should change the password immediately via your profile after the first successful login. Please take into account that we can only send you the password by e-mail if the e-mail address has been correctly stored with the user and this e-mail is configured
to receive external e-mails.
If you do not receive an e-mail with a new password within 15 minutes, please contact your management, office management or a user with the right "user administration" and
have your colleague reset the password via the TUI Ticket Shop user administration.
Please log in to the TUI Ticket Shop with your agency access (agency number + password) and click on the link "Registration form for office management/management"
or "Employee registration" in the information window regarding the individual login depending on your position.
